In the MESSAGE TEMPLATES page, you can create and manage your messages that will be sent to you once an action is triggered.
By default you should already see 2 standard message templates that you can use immediately.

Adding new Custom Message Template
To add a new message, click on the ADD NEW TEMPLATE button in the upper right corner.

A window will open called NEW TEMPLATE.

To start, add a New Message Template name and a Message subject of the new message. In the Message body, you can create a custom message. A special command in the {{ }} brackets will add additional information to your message.
{{device.name}} - will add in the name of the device that can be configured in the profile
{{object.name}} - will add in the name of the recognized object
{{camera.name}} - will add in the name of the video source where the detection happened
{{area.direction}} - will add in the default direction of ENTER
{{area.type}} - will add in the type of the area (line/polygon) on which detection happened
{{area.name}} - will add in the name of the area on which detection happened
{{time}} - will add in the time and date of the recognition
Once you are finished, click on CREATE and exit the window.
