Liability and Warranty

According to European regulations, we give a 2-year warranty on our SAFE. This operating manual serves to ensure trouble-free use of the product and is a prerequisite for the fulfillment of any liability and warranty claims. Wear parts are not covered by the liability and warranty.

As a basic rule, the SAFE must be checked for operational safety before each start-up.

The liability and warranty claims expire, for example, in the case of:

• Improper use

• Faulty fuse

• Operating with defective or improperly installed safety devices and guards

• Disregarding instructions in this documentation

• Non-use of original spare parts

• Significant change, if this is not agreed with us in writing

• Improperly performed repairs

• Catastrophic events, foreign bodies and force majeure

Content and purpose of this documentation

This documentation contains relevant information to enable the SAFE to be worked with as safely as possible. Observing the instructions in this document serves to avoid dangers and to prevent damage to the SAFE. In addition to these operating instructions, the accident prevention and environmental protection regulations applicable in the country of operation and at the installation site must also be observed!

Retention of this documentation

This documentation must be available at the SAFE in up-to-date form (electronic or printed) for the users at all times! The manufacturer undertakes to keep this documentation for at least the useful life of the SAFE.
